Start your custom web development project on the right foot.
Before we begin your project, it is vital to ensure that we are all on the same page and working towards the same goal. That’s why we go through a structured project needs assessment process at the beginning of your relationship with us. We see ourselves as partners in your success, so it is vital that you feel comfortable with our team before any contracts are signed.
A meeting process designed to succeed.
Before we can provide an accurate proposal detailing the full scope and costing for your project, we perform a minimum of four meetings (these can take place either face-to-face or via video conferencing).
In the first meeting, we’ll carry out a needs assessment. We’ll ask you questions around why you need a new website and what you hope to achieve (examples might be increased leads or sales, improved brand awareness, recruitment of new staff, or better customer service). We’ll also discuss your product or service, your primary target audience, and your sales process. Next, we will take a close look at your direct competitors’ websites, taking note of their strengths and weaknesses.
In the second meeting, we will showcase our design process. At this stage, we will recommend steps that we recommend you take, as well as those that might not be appropriate for your project. All decisions are in your hands, but our knowledgeable and experienced team are there to act as advisors.
The third meeting consists of presenting an initial site map. Once this map and corresponding templates have been agreed, we can create a detailed proposal outlining several different pricing options.
Our web design pricing is based on the number of custom templates (layouts) required, and any unique functionality or technological requirements. We will always be transparent with you about our pricing, and welcome any questions you may have.
In our final meeting before we begin your project, we’ll finalize the terms of the contract. Since all our packages are bespoke, we are happy to discuss the removal or addition of items to match your project specifications and budget. We can also negotiate monthly payment plans.
